For more than 16 years, H&ONS has focused on our mission to provide Data, WiFi, Audio & Video solutions to consumers and businesses in the Northern Virginia area. This enduring mission guides us as we closely monitor, assess and respond to this situation.
In response to the current situation, we are taking actions to ensure continued service to our customers. Rest assured, we are prepared to serve you.
First and foremost, is the health and safety of our customers. We continue to fulfill our obligations of installations and service calls, if our customers want us to do so. In doing so, we are following all guidelines set forth by the CDC; social distancing, washing hands and using antibacterial cleaners where applicable. We are also invoicing for installations and service calls so that checks & credit cards do not exchange hands at this time.
Lastly, we are not holding any customers to their set appointments and are extending their contract for installations if they are uncomfortable having us in their homes at this time or if there is a delay in receipt of equipment.
While we are taking precautions on our side, we have also asked our customers to cancel with us if anyone in their home has any symptoms of the virus, so that we do not get ill or spread the virus.
